How can I pay for my order?


You can use any of the payment types listed at the footer on the home page.


What can I do if the payment for my order is declined?


If your payment has been declined, then you’ll need to place your order again. We’re not able to reinstate an order once the payment has been declined.

To help ensure your order is not declined when placing a new order we suggest checking the following:

  • Check the card details on your Emilie’s Silver account to make sure the information is correct, e.g. the expiry date or your billing address.
  • Make sure you enter the security code correctly - that's the three digit number on the back of your card.
  • If you've checked all of the above, and still experience trouble try paying with another card.

If you've tried all these and are still having problems, contact our Customer Care Team with as many details as you can about the issue - including any error messages you receive and we'll try to resolve it as soon as we can.


Refunds (if applicable)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Can I get a refund if the price has changed since I ordered it?


 As an online business our prices change in response to fashion trends, stock and demand from customers. In this case we will not refund the difference.




Either UK or overseas deliveries will be posted only to a commercial or home address, never to a PO Box.


Where can I receive my order?

It can be sent to an address selected by you, UK mainland (home, work, etc. - never a PO Box)


How much do I pay for delivery service?


UK mainland delivery


Standard delivery £3.50 GBP.  

Express delivery  £9.00 GBP.


How long will my order take to arrive?

3 to 5 working days and express deliveries, between 1 and 2 working days.


International delivery:
