Returns

 

Should the customer wish to return any items purchased they should contact Customer Support.

Our policy allow 15 days to UK based customers. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

Our policy allow 30 days for the customers from the Rest of the World. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

 

Customised orders.

 

All Bespoke and made to measure garments are non-refundable, we may however be able to offer an alteration services if any problem occur. 

Alterations are free on charge ONLY when a Bespoke or made to measure garment would need to be fix or did not fit as expected.

 Please note that once you have placed your order and provide us with the measurement, design and details of your bespoke and or made to measure item a customised job is carried-out based on your request, such an items are not refundable and we can not offer returns or exchanges.

 

 

 

Refunds (if applicable)

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to customercare@emiliessilver.co.uk and send your item to: Emilie's Silver, 310 Haynes Park Court, Hornchurch, RM11 2DQ, UK

 

Gifts

 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

 

 

 

Shipping an Item you wish to return

 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Emilie's Silver 310 Haynes Park Court, Hornchurch, RM11 2DQ, UK

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

If you are shipping returned item value over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

 

Cancellation:

 

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

You would not be able to cancel your order once dispatch, you will be notified by email when your order is dispatch.

Delivery policy

 

Either UK or overseas deliveries will be posted only to a commercial or home address, never to a PO Box. 

 

Where can I receive my order?

It can be sent to an address selected by you, UK mainland (home, work, etc. - never a PO Box)

 

How much do I pay for delivery service?

Standard delivery £3.50 GBP.  

Express delivery   £9.00 GBP.

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

3 to 5 working days and express deliveries, between 1 and 2 working days.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
